General research collection of sound recordings: LPs, 12-inch analog discs.

Scope and Contents of the Materials

General research collection of sound recordings: phonograph records (analog discs) in a variety of formats, including 12-inch LPs, 12-inch and 7-inch 45s and 10-inch 78s. Donated by many individual and organizational entities, and aggregated as an intentional collection. Sound recordings associated with an archival collection are inventoried separately as a series within that collection.
